3. Hosting status for user content
Crandoro stores and makes available content provided by its users. In this respect the publisher acts as a hosting provider under French law implementing the e-commerce directive: it exercises no prior control over posts and is under no general obligation to monitor them. Liability can only arise where the publisher fails to act promptly to remove manifestly illegal content once it has actual knowledge of it. Content remains the responsibility of its authors.
4. Reporting illegal content
A reporting tool is available directly on every post. You may also use the Contact page and select the “Abuse or security” reason. Handling, sanctions and appeals are described in the terms of service.
5. Point of contact
The single point of contact required by the European Digital Services Act, for users and competent authorities alike, is the Contact page. Requests are handled in French and English.
6. Intellectual property
The name “Crandoro”, the logo, the interface and the graphic elements of the service are protected. Any reproduction or reuse without authorisation is prohibited. Content published by users remains the property of its authors, under the conditions set out in the terms of service.
