Crandoro has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE"), including child sexual abuse material ("CSAM"). Protecting minors is a top priority of our service.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and removed without notice, including:
- any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), whether real, generated or altered;
- the sexualization of minors in any form;
- grooming, solicitation or enticement of a minor for sexual purposes;
- sextortion, blackmail and human trafficking involving minors;
- any attempt to facilitate, promote or normalize the above.
2. Minimum age
Crandoro is intended for users aged 15 and over. The service is not directed to children below this age, and accounts must not be created by or for a child under this limit. Age is confirmed at sign-up.
3. Reporting
Anyone can report suspected content directly in the app: every post has a "Report" action, and accounts can be blocked. You can also reach us through the Contact page. Reports related to child safety are reviewed as a priority.
4. Our response
When CSAE content is identified, we remove it, suspend or permanently terminate the responsible account(s), preserve the necessary evidence, and report to the competent authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant national authorities, as required by applicable law. We cooperate with law enforcement and respond to lawful requests.
5. Legal compliance
We comply with applicable child-safety laws in the jurisdictions where the service is offered, and we update these standards as our obligations evolve.
6. Designated contact
For any question regarding child safety or the prevention of CSAE content, contact us via the Contact page.
